chnrbk Posted April 18, 2021 Report Share Posted April 18, 2021 (edited) Hi, My employer name on the approved 797 forms is 'EASTWESTNORTH MUTUAL INSURANCE,' whereas, in my LCA and petition documents, it is mentioned as 'EASTWESTNORTH MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY'. I don't know why the 797 approval notice does not have 'COMAPNY' at the end, Is it because of limitations on the name at their end? I am not sure which one to fill in the DS -160 form.
