My previous employer filed my I 140 & now my current employer is in the process of filing my I140. I am right now after the 30-day silent period & after Apr 30 2021, it will be sent to the next stage in a couple of weeks after Apr 30 2021. I undestand the next stage is PERM review by DOL - which takes 6 months now a days. With the current movement of PD's I am expecting the dates to be current in the next few months. But, I am not sure if I can file my 485 if my PD becomes current while my PERM is under review. Is all hope lost ? Any help is appreciated ! Thanks Quote Link to comment
