Mohi Posted April 14, 2021 Report Share Posted April 14, 2021 Hi, I’m currently in India, and have to apply for H1B stamping, my wife has filed a false 498A against me, as i sent her a divorce notice (through Lawyer, under Islamic law, divorce didnt happen and it is not Triple T).I got Anticipatory Bail from the High court, chargesheet has been filed, no summons yet, I want to apply for H1B stamping, while filling DS 160, there are questions about cases pending/ arrests, what should be my answer? Since I have an anticipatory bail, police didnt arrest. should my answer be NO to all the case/arrest related questions in DS160? please help. Quote Link to comment
