Domestic Voilence to Battery ,H1B Stamping

Hi All 

I am planning to visit home country  to see my father .My Father had Hand operations (Twice) and i want to see him .I Have Domestic Voilence case and that got reduced to Battery due to stipulated facts.

I was shouting at my son and she got scared and called 911 ,After calling 911 ,I Was explaining to her consequences of calling 911 and touched her and happened small scratch for grabbing of cell phone from her hand.  Police came after 30 min and had individual interaction and Arrested that i did scratch on her hand

My Wife explained the same in court and I accepted that i touched her hand. Judge gave 1 years Probation and anger management.I Have not completed yet 

By Above Scenario Will i get Stamping ?

I Have following documents 

1)Case is closed -Paid all Fees 

2)I Work in Major Consulting  firm in USA and working for Client ,I Have Client letter

3) LCA  filed but not the Amendment due to WFH

4) International Travel Pass by Probation Officer.

5) My Father Admission at Hospital discharge summary

Can any one help me?

Hope no one get and Should this scenario but looking for  HELP and suggestions?

By Above Scenario Will i get Stamping ? --- hard road ahead. You might get after 221G. Your case is complicated...

You will get 221g for physical panel  and Background check based on court documents ..now 221g are taking time ..better to  plan for long trip ..

Thank you @gopalakrishnach and @Reddy2022 .After posting this post,My father died .Also Lot of travel restrictions now due to Covid.I take yuour inputs and decide what to do for good
