RakeshP Posted April 12, 2021 Report Share Posted April 12, 2021 (edited) Here is my case Current employer (Employer 1) My H1 is valid till Dec 2021 & I94 is Valid till Jan 2022 My wife (H4) valid till Dec 2021 & I94 is Valid till Jan 2022 I thought of switching to new employer (Employer 2) in Aug 2020 and as per that h1 (Premium) & h4 (regular) transfer process is initiated. H1 transfer got approved & revoked as i did not join the employer (Employer 2) & for H4 we have received the Biometrics request which we have missed it as i have not joined the employer (Employer 2). Now for H4 (Employer 2) we have received the Denial Notice stating a reason as you have not appeared for the biometrics. So now my question is, As i am still with Employer 1, both of our status are legal ? & Our validity will be as per the employer (Employer 1) ?
