annaman12 Posted April 12, 2021 Report Share Posted April 12, 2021 I am currently on an L1A visa valid till Jun2022 - Applied for an H1B and got through the lottery in April2021 (just now) - Due to COVID last year green card processing could not start. This year as soon as things open my employer is willing to start the process. The question i have are 1. If I start my green card process with my L1A under eb2 do i need to restart the green card process after i get my H1 approved if it is under eb2? 2. What needs to be filed if i don't need to restart the GC process? 3. Is this recommended or should i just wait for my H1 approval before starting the green card process. Quote Link to comment
