Six months ago my client got changed and I have not applied Amendment that time because I was working from Home ( same address location where my last petition approved ). And I have valid stamping till May 2020 on my Passport. So Now I need to travel to India for Family Emergency purpose and then I need to go to Stamping. When I approach Immigration team in my company, they said I have to apply for Amendment before i go for stamping. I am planning applying Amendment with Premium Process. Question Is, during Amendment process, Shall i travel to India in case of immediate travel ? Appreciate your comments. Quote Link to comment
