Vyom123 Posted April 10, 2021 Report Share Posted April 10, 2021 I am a 2nd year engineering student at Arizona State University on a H4 visa and my current I-140 priority date is June 2018. 1) Should I change my status H4 to F1 visa since I am going to be 21 years in November 2022 taking my I-140 priority date into consideration. 2) If my priority becomes current and I am on F1 visa will I still be eligible to apply for I-485? 2) How long does it take to change status from H4 to F1 ? 3) If I apply for F1 and my application is still in process when I turn 21 then can I still stay and study in United States?
