rgv20 Posted April 9, 2021 Report Share Posted April 9, 2021 Hi All, I have my H1B stamping stuck in 221g administrative processing for 2 weeks now. The visa was approved during the interview in Mumbai but received an email later to submit DS 5535 with 15 yr travel history etc. I have a valid F1 OPT which is still valid for another 2 months. Am I allowed to travel to the US on valid F1 visa while the H1B is stuck in processing? And possibly come back for stamping when the processing is complete? Also, has anyone come across such case recently and have an idea of processing times? Quote Link to comment
