H1B Dropbox status changed to Refused

H1b status Background Info: I attended In-person H1B Visa stamping with I797 from Company-A on March 2017. My H1b visa stamp ended in 2019 Oct. 
Company-A got renamed to Company-B and applied extension in 2019 and Petition is Approved. I have second I-797 valid from 2019 June 2019 to May 2022.
In Nov 2019 i took FTE in Company C I have third I-797 valid from Nov 2019 to Sept 2022.
My current company i.e Company C filed amendment on adjustment of wages in June 2020. I got the 4th I797. 

I Arrived in India on Mar 29 and attended Dropbox appointment on 30th March. On the Day of Dropbox i had 2 different photos from CVS and Kodak Studio. Both of photos are rejected. I got the New Photos from Dropbox appointment center and those are accepted.

Documents Submitted: Lady at counter only accepted Photo copy of I-797(I.e 4th) from Company C and Photo copy of I-797(I.e 1st) from Company A, Offer Letter, 2 Passport Photos.

Mar 30: Documents submitted.

Mar 31: Case Created and "Application Received".

Apr 5: Case Date Updated but Case Status shows "Application Received".

Apr 7: "Refused" With Long description.

But i did not receive any email or text notification. My Passport is still with consulate. 

 

Did anyone had similar experience?

Hi, I am also in same situation. Submitted my docs on 29th April at Hyderabad.

Can you please provide an update what happened after the status changed to refused.
