Sagar Pinnapareddy
I moved to Canada a year back before my H1b extension denial. My recent H1b extension got approved but waiting for stamping. Only my kids are US citizens. I am now eligible to apply I-485 in EB2 category. As I am not sure when I will get visa stamped, I am wondering if there are any options to apply I-485 while in Canada. Please advice! I am not eligible for drop box stamping in India. Quote Link to comment

newacct
No. Adjustment of Status (I-485) is only for people who are in the US. If you want to immigrate from outside the US, you would do Consular Processing. Edited April 7, 2021 by newacct Quote Link to comment
