Is it allowed to work for two clients X and Y from same location

Presently, I am on H1b and working from home for Client X with employer A ( my home is within 10miles from client X office location).

I got a new project to work for client Y with same employer A and this position is completely remote position.

1)  Is am allowed to work for both clients X and Y from same location(  i.e from my home) without any amendment?

Your advices are more appreciated and will help me in making decisions.

Your employer has got you the second project.  Let him handle this situation with his attorney.
