rajasekar11
Presently, I am on H1b and working from home for Client X with employer A ( my home is within 10miles from client X office location). I got a new project to work for client Y with same employer A and this position is completely remote position. 1) Is am allowed to work for both clients X and Y from same location( i.e from my home) without any amendment? Your advices are more appreciated and will help me in making decisions. Edited April 3, 2021 by rajasekar11 Quote Link to comment
LeaveMessageH1B
1. No, amendment is must. Your employer's attorney can guide through this. Quote Link to comment
