luck2u Posted April 1, 2021 Report Share Posted April 1, 2021 I have I-485 pending since 9 years and on EAD/AP currently with PD became current in April'21 bulletin. I heard that we can send medicals by interfiling, does it mean that we need to send medicals by enclosing a cover letter stating A # and I-485 Receipt # else any other forms I need to enclose with medicals and covering letter? pappu2003 Posted April 17, 2021 Report Share Posted April 17, 2021 Interfiling is a notoriously unreliable tool. You could send your medicals before they ask for them but be prepared to send them back for a RFE. We interfiled a document months ago and it was lost in time/space (no updates on my uscis case status). I think the best case scenario is to wait for a medical RFE. (those exams arent cheap!)
