Job Change with 10 months remaining on I140

Hi,

My I140 was approved and currently almost 10 months remaining on current extension. I have a job offer now.

It is a good time to change job with only 10 months remaining on the current visa.

Please help me with below questions.

Will I get an another 3 year extension if I change Job Or

I will get an extension only for 8 months and with in that period I need to complete my PERM and I-140 approval with the new employer.

How much time it takes now for H1b premium processing now.
