H1 & H4 stamping Query

I had my H1b & dependent's H4 visa stamped with employer 1 till 30-Nov-2021. I later on changed my petition to employer 2, worked them for some time and then joined back employer 1. Now my H1b transfer petition to employer 1 is approved and I am planning to travel out of the country and returning back in July-2021.

My query is since I do have a valid visa till 30-Nov-2021, can I - 

1) Use the new approved petition and old visa to return back to US

2) Can I still go for drop-box and get a new visa stamped on my passport so that can have a stamped visa for future date?
