Hasn’t shared the approval yet and asking to hold on whenever I check about new H1B filing with I140. Now my questions are, 1) What would be the ideal timeline to file new H1B with approved I140. Is there any expiration or deadline in doing this? 2) I am out of country now so do I need to go through lottery or without lottery for new H1B. What will be the application process?
