Gangadhar Sirugudi 0 Report post Posted March 27 Hello, My H1B maxout is on 07/21/2021 and my perm filed on 03/05/2021. I have valid visa stamped till 07/21/2021. My Employer is requesting to move out from US for 3 months so that i can again come back before my maxout date and apply for H1B extension (ex: if 04/01/2021 is move out date from US and 07/02/2021 is step in date to US ) and before 07/21/2021 H1B extension will be filed in normal/regular process, if h1B extension is not approved in this 3 months , am I eligible to stay and work in US? and also am i eligible for 240 days grace time ?
