Saranya C Posted March 25, 2021 Report Share Posted March 25, 2021 (edited) Hi, I got RFE on 12/16/2020 and we responded in premium processing on 03/03/2021 Its been more than 15 days(calender/business) both . But I dint get any update from uscis. My Attorney instructed "we will resubmit the RFe response to expedite adjudication" Can anyone tell what my lawyer is mentioning here. We responded to an RFE on March 29 in premium processing and no update on the USCIS website (it still says Request for Additional Evidence Sent). It's been over 15 calendar days now. Attorney_15 Posted April 30, 2021 Report Share Posted April 30, 2021 If your H1B case is in Premium Processing, but you are not sure if the RFE has been delivered, the available options are to re-submit it or have the employer or the attorney contact USCIS at the Premium Processing unit to try and find out if it's been received or not before re-sending it. USCIS will generally not provide information or respond to emails sent to the Premium Processing unit by the H1B's beneficiary, Quote Link to comment
