H1 Approved in the year 2010 -2012

I got H1B approved in the year 2010-2012 but never worked on it as i had to return to India.

Now planning to apply for H1 so my question is do i need to go with the lottery process or directly can i go for stamping with a sponsor /client letter.

Try both options.  Give it a shot with an experienced attorney.  Some have got success using previous H1b approval.
