Have a Valid VISA with new Petition. If i go out of USA, Do i need to go for stamping ?

Hi, 

I have a valid VISA until Aug-2022 and it's tagged petition got expired in April 2020. Received a new petition which is valid till Feb 2022. 

I am planning to go visit india in jul 2021 and return in aug 2021. My question is, Do I need to go for stamping in this case? In case if I need to go for stamping, am I eligible for Drop box option?

Appreciate your feedback in this regard.
