NIW or EB1-A or EB1-B

Hi, I need some guidance on my current situation 

My Masters and Ph.D. are in Aerospace Engineering 

I have 20 publications (authored and co-authored) with 40 citations, 1 patent application, and have reviewed 4 journal articles, served as chair for a conference session and my field is in aerospace materials. ( Composites )

Few attorneys suggest I do have a strong NIW profile. But given the wait time, I wanted to see if anyone has applied for EB1-A with this profile. 

Also, Can the use the same recommendation letters for NIW now and EB1 a year later 

Additionally, can we file for EB-1B with a Post Doc position offer?
