PrasadBabu 0 Report post Posted March 18 Hello Sir/ Madam, My wife had passed away last year in the US and I am taking care of my kids. Knowing that it is gonna take several years to get a green card, now I am planning to move to India and they don't want to move. My kids are so upset that they have very good memories of their Mom in the US and they don't want to leave. I have an EB3 - December 2015 priority date. Is there by any chance I can request my company attorney to process a green card for Humanitarian reasons? I do read that USICS has several Humanitarian reasons/ options they consider. I'm not sure if they would consider my situation. Please suggest me. Thank you, Share this post Link to post
