Varun.T Posted March 16, 2021 Report Share Posted March 16, 2021 need some guidance: Do you fall under quota for filing a h1b COS in below scenario - my spouse was filed an h1b in 2014 for 2015 lottery quota and got approved, before even using it we filed for h4 EAD only leveraged EAD up until now and never used the h1b approved in 2014. Wondering if we can file a h1 COS with current employer under quota using 2014 approval. Appreciate your inputs current h4 status expired on March 28 Quote Link to comment
