Question on filling I-539 for H4 extension.

Re posting here for better reach,

I'm applying for H4 extension.

My timeline in US.

2016-2019 (F1 status worked on OPT)
2019 (left US and returned on stamped H4)
2019-current (H4, No EAD)

Now filing for H4 extension and had following question on filling I-539, "Have you, or any other individual included in this application, been employed in the United States since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status?"

So should i answer this "No" because i had never worked after admitted to US on H4.
(or)
Should i answer "YES" considering my employment on previous F1.
