sampath_k Posted March 3, 2021 Report Share Posted March 3, 2021 Hello, I filed my H1B & H4 on August 3rd, 2020, my and my spouse's I-94 expiry was on 31st Aug 2020. On Oct 20th, 2020 my H1B was approved, but my spouse H4 was still in progress and we didn’t receive any biometrics appointment until now. My Questions: 1. How long can my spouse stay and what actions do I need to take so she can legally stay in the US. 2. Can she stay legally past 240 days as my H1B is approved already? 3. Are there any implications if she stays more than 240 days and when she visits India any issues with the visa stamping Quote Link to comment
