hafi Posted March 2, 2021 Report Share Posted March 2, 2021 Hi, I moved to the US 20 years ago and back then my sibling have petitioned for me to get a green card back then. While that application was pending forever, I was able to obtain employment based green card and I am now a US Citizen. I received 2 notification update emails from USCIS last week about the application that my sibling has submitted for me years ago stating my case have been moved to the NVC and that it has been approved. I am therefore asking here what actions are required for me to take since I am already a US Citizen. Do I just ignore the notifications? Is there such thing as cases being transferred where I could possibly transfer this spot to another one of my sibling? Thank you very much Quote Link to comment
