Pradeep88 Posted March 1, 2021 Report Share Posted March 1, 2021 My H4 to H1B COS was filed with Vermont Center in Regular Processing on February 4th, 2021. I haven't received receipt notice so far. Can I lease know is this delay expected? I was told by my attorney that they cannot upgrade my case to premium processing until they receive the receipt number. Thank you! Quote Link to comment
