My I140 got denied after RFE response ,  My H1B maxing out by end of April2021.

1. What are all the next options for me to stay with a valid status?
2. Is it possible to go for one year H1b extension based on the approved PERM? 
3. What is the possibility of re-applying I-140 and the probability of getting it approved?
