shekar*123 Posted February 25, 2021 Report Share Posted February 25, 2021 Hello, please reply to this question when you get a chance. my I485 downgrade application from EB2 to EB3 has been rejected on Feb 10th 2021 because Item 10 on page 4 was not answered. Is that possible to correct the documents and resend it again? I have the receipt number for this application but rejected as i said. based on March visa bulletin, i am still with in the filing dates but USCIS is not accepting based on the filing dates any more, so i cannot apply a new one again. please let me know the options, appreciate your help on this. thank you.
