mtousa Posted February 22, 2021 Report Share Posted February 22, 2021 Hello, I did my PhD in Business from a US university few years back and am currently working as a assistant professor in France. My twin sister is a US citizen and so is my 5 year old son. I plan to move to USA eventually and hence wanted your advise as to which path should I choose for the same - F4 (through my sister) or EB1A (self petition on the basis of my degree). Please advise which of the two would be quicker and more suitable. Also, given the time the processing takes, I might take up a job in a US university in the interim. Will there be any conflict if I have an application under processing, when my employer files for a visa (EB2 or EB1B)? I am trying to figure out the most suitable route for me.
