AC21 portability from Software Test Automation Engineer to Software Engineering

I have an approved 140 with the job Family Automation Test Engineer job family(SOC code 15-1199) in EB2 category with PD of July 2016. now i am planning to change my Job family to Software Engineering (SOC code 15-1132).. Can i use AC21 portability after my PD becomes current? or I need to go with new PERM again with new job family?  Both the roles are in same company
