srlabhe Posted February 15, 2021 Report Share Posted February 15, 2021 (edited) Hi My PERM is applied on Nov 6th 2020 and we are waiting for an approval, while H1B is completing 6 years on Apr 22nd 2021. My employer has advised me to travel India in case my Perm doesn't get approved by Apr 5th 2021, so that I am not out of status. Below are certain queries I have 1. In case my PERM is not approved and travel India on Apr 5th 2021 Can I work form India for same employer? If not what are the options to do so? 2. Can I work from India if PERM is approved but I-140 applied post Apr 5th 2021 while I am in India? If not what are the options to do so? 3. Can I work from India if PERM and I-140 is approved but H1 is applied post Apr 5th 2021 while I am in India? If not what are the options to do so? 4.
