Rajv02
Our Parents have Green Cards for over 12 years and when they went to India recently could not return back during COVID as international flights are closed and our Grand Father died during the same time. During the stay, we have contacted USCIS and Embassy but they have no answer. Their stay outside the United States is more than 1 year and less than 2 years so they went on SB1 visa in Mumbai and the counselor denied the visa. we still have a valid Green Card and stay outside of United States is less than 2 years. What are the options for our parents to return back to the US ASAP? I and my sister are both US Citizens. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
With a stay abroad for over a year their GCs became invalid. The only way would be for you to sponsor new GCs. Quote Link to comment
