She has been to US multiple times in the last 10 years ( 2 months stay every time) She is here with us since Dec 27th 2020 and I want to apply for concurrent filing for green card here. My question is do I need to wait 90 days before applying for Concurrent filing of Form I-485 as per Trump's guideline in Sept 2017? Quote Link to comment
