I am currently working full time for Employer A and my company is ready to start initiating PERM application processing, as part of it I was asked to submit documentation, while my previous employer who is a consultancy agreed to downgrade my petition from EB2 to EB3 and concurrently filed I140, I485 concurrently as I have approved I140 in EB2 with them with a PD of Feb, 2013. Will it be okay to have my GC filed with my current employer (Employer A) while my I140 and I485 filing is still pending with old employer. Please advise. Quote Link to comment
