In order to apply for green card on G4visa, the condition is that a residency is maintained for 15 years out of which 7 years is continuous stay which is fulfilled in my case. 1) Can I apply for Green Card based on residency. 2) Its also said that GC is applied based on "upon retirement". I'm currently 44 years and not planning on retiring, however please advise if one decides to separate from organization, or resigns, can one apply for Green card prior to 55 years of age. Thanks.
