Dependent had 2 H4 applications. Both filed before i94 expiry. 1st was filed along with a H1 transfer (withdrawn subsequently). 2nd was filed along with spouse's H1 extension with current employer.

1st H4 application (filed with the transfer) is denied.

2nd H4 (filed with spouse's H1 extension) is still pending. Spouse's H1 extension application was approved. Can the H4 person stay in the US legally while the 2nd H4 extension is in progress.
