After successful completion of my training, I moved to their payroll (Consulting firm started running my payroll) From (March 13th, 2017) with the same OPT status and same some position with the same responsibilities that I got trained. I left that company on August 27, 2017, on Initial OPT Status. Question: what would be my start date in Co-Worker Affidavit? Can I use Jan 09th or March 13th for my GC processing? Please suggest.
