techamar Posted January 27, 2021 Report Share Posted January 27, 2021 Dear Experts. I was here in the USA from Jun 2011 to Sep 2014 on an L1A visa from Company A. And my L1 visa extension also got rejected and returned back to India. In 2014 Company B had applied for a H1B visa and it got approved. I also got stamped but did not travel on it. The H1B has been expired on Sept 2017. Again in 2019 got an L1B visa with Company A and travelled to the US in Oct 2019. My query is whether my previous H1 petition can be extended and utilized further. And if yes how ? Thanks in Advance. Quote Link to comment
