sanapalli Posted January 24, 2021 Report Share Posted January 24, 2021 (edited) HI, My wife is currently in India and She has valid H4 until November 2022 and H4 EAD until August 2021. I am trying to apply for her H4 EAD extension while she is in India as she will be returning in April or May. Since processing times are longer, planning to apply as she becomes eligible on Feb 15th 2021. Did anyone apply for just H4 EAD extension when they were in India, if so was there any RFE raised?
