I had my H1b until August 2018 and my extension was rejected. I left to India and returned back to US on H4 visa on Feb 2019.- I want to restart my career and have come across similar role at my previous client.- I don’t know if I can approach them as I’m not sure if they will file my H1b??- My question is Will the client be eligible to file my H1b COS from H4?? To add my I-140 is approved and I’m CAP exempt.- Or should I approach any employer/prefer contractor positions?What are the chances, please advice! Thanks in advance! Quote Link to comment
