Shell2003 Posted January 23, 2021 Report Share Posted January 23, 2021 My mother arrived in US in Oct 2019. Because of COVID-19, she is still staying with us in US instead of going back to India. We have timely filed her extension 1 and extension 2. See dates below. Extension number 1 applied Mar 2020 and got an I-94 extension approval till July 2020. Extension number 2 applied in July 2020, requested I-94 extension till Jan 31, 2021. I am still waiting for an update on extension number 2. Can she file extension number 3 to extend her stay another 6 months? Do we expect complications with her entry into the USA in future? Are there new COVID-19 guidelines published by USCIS?
