Sarika Mohandas Posted January 23, 2021 Report Share Posted January 23, 2021 I am currently working in USA on F1 - OPT with my family as F2 dependents. My employer is applying for H1B for me. My question is: 1. Do I apply for my H1B first and then COS for my family? OR do I apply for all 3 of us together as H1B and H4 application? 2. My husband's passport is about to expire in the next 8 months. Should I put his passport for renewal now or wait until H1B process starts? Quote Link to comment
