Processed for Green card and got I140 approved petition. 3. Right now, I lost my job and I am on H4 Visa since June 2020. 4. Can I use my Approved H1B + I140 approval to work on H1B Visa now and get 3 years extension?Please advice. Thanks Quote Link to comment

Now i am on L1A with my current employer applying for I 140. can you please let me know if i can apply for H1B recapture by a new employer with an approved I 140 ?. 2019 new federal rule confirmed by DHS @ https://www.federalregister.gov/d/2016-27540/p-685 to recapture the unused H1B during any time.
