sh21 Posted January 19, 2021 Report Share Posted January 19, 2021 H1B is approved for primary but dependent's H4 is still pending/in progress, I would like to change employer. What would happen to H4 visa holder's status if the new employer's visa transfer is denied when the date is beyond H4 holder's I94 expiry and i decide to stay back with old employer? Would the H4 extension submitted by old employer be still valid in that case or get's revoked? Quote Link to comment
