Can H1B employment overlap of 1.5 days has any Issues with I-140 application ?

Resigned Company A on 5th September, Joined Company B on 4th September on H1B transfer Receipt.

Was on Day of on 4th with Company A and Half day off on 5th with Company A.

Worked both days for Company B.

Both Employers paid for 1.5 day
