FNU Prasanna Posted January 13, 2021 Report Share Posted January 13, 2021 (edited) Hi, My wife had entered on H4 to USA in April 2019 and i94 was issued on her name till April 2022 My H1 was expired on October 2019. While submitting my H1 extension my employer also submitted H4 extension, unfortunately that extension was denied. My employer had also submitted another case(only H1, not H4) to USCIS with which I have received the extension on H1 till August 2022. I asked my employer about H4 but they said they are no longer helping with H4. I am now in confusion about my wife's legal status. Is she on valid status with first i94 which is issued till April 2022 or Do I need to file another extension for her? Edited January 13, 2021 by FNU Prasanna Quote Link to comment
