However for wife, her H4 petition is still under process with USCIS. I was told we can apply for her stamping with my approved I797. Me and my wife are traveling to India shortly. I have booked my appointment for H1B dropbox. However she is pregnant. Would this raise issues for her during appointment? Also her previous H4 expired in Aug 2020.
