I-485 is rejected today saying that incomplete application type

My dependent i-485 application is rejected on 1/12/2021 saying that one or more of the following fields(s) were not completed

-Application Type

And a valid G-28 was not received with your case.

Now my question is this…now the filing dates were retroactive now I am not eligible to file I-485. Now can I correct the mistake and resubmit my rejected application?

Does anybody had this similar problem? Can you please let me know?

You have to wait until the dates are current.

And next time you may want have a lawyer double-check the application.
