Nabeel Ahmed 0 Report post Posted January 9 Hello everyone, I need a help and suggestion please. I am working as full time structural engineer and I am stuck in an issue. My passport expired in December 2020 and I have already applied for renewal. But I haven't received my passport yet as it is still under process. My initial OPT expires on February 11th 2021. Is it ok to apply for OPT extension on the 89th day please? . Since there is lot of delays in getting the receipt what would happen to my status?
